Felton Cemetery

CR-486
San Gabriel

Felton Cemetery is well kept, delightful cemetery about 100 yards off of FM-486.

Katherine Camp Donohue leaves us with:
I am not here, I do not sleep
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle Autumn rain
I am the rush of quiet birds in flight
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
I am not here, I did not die.

The Camp gravesite has many recent residents in this lovely setting.

Margaret (1790 - 1866) and Amos Grantham (1791 - 1823) are two of the earliest residents of Felton Cemetery.

The principal families names found here are Felton, Griffith, Grantham and Camp.
